AERASGARD® RFTM-PS-LQ-CO2 Modbus

Multifunctional room climate sensor AERASGARD® RFTM-LQ-PS-CO2-Modbus (maximum expansion stage) with Modbus connection, in attractive plastic housing with snap-on cover, base with 4-hole mounting, optionally with ⁄ without display, type variant RFTM-CO2-Modbus optionally with ⁄ without setpoint potentiometer. The room sensor is used to measure humidity (0...100 % RH), temperature (0...+50°C), air quality (VOC) (0...100 % ), particulate matter (PM) (0...1000 µg/m3) and CO2 content (0...5000 ppm) and as a room control unit (% setpoint). International system of units SI (default) is set to Imperial (via Modbus). The following parameters can be called up via Modbus: Temperature, relative humidity, air quality (VOC), particulate matter (PM) and carbon dioxide (CO2). The entire indoor climate can be effectively monitored and controlled with just one device. This enables energy-saving, needs-based room ventilation and thus a reduction in operating costs and an increase in well-being. It is used in offices, hotels, conference rooms, apartments, stores, etc. One sensor per 30 m² of room area is recommended.

A long-term stable, digital humidity and temperature sensor guarantees exact measurement results. The air quality is measured on the basis of a (VOC- ) mixed gas sensor determined. The CO2 content of the air is measured using optical NDIR sensor (non-dispersive infrared technology). An optical particulate matter sensor precisely detects particles (PM) in the size category 0.3 to 10 micrometers.

Innovative Modbus sensor with galvanically isolated RS485 Modbus interface, switchable bus terminating resistor, DIP switch for setting the bus parameters and bus address in de-energized state, internal LEDs for telegram status display, two separate push-in terminals and two-line display (illuminated, individually programmable in the 7-segment range and dot-matrix range). The sensor is calibrated at the factory; fine adjustment by a specialist is possible depending on the environment.
