Faultless quality is not just a promise in our business, but a fundamental requirement. That's why we design, develop, program and manufacture all our sensor devices in-house, including functional testing and calibration before delivery. This is what we mean by 'Made in Germany'. And that's why you receive a 5-year guarantee on newly purchased S+S products - in addition to and independent of legal requirements.
Uncompromising quality assurance
S+S leaves nothing to chance when it comes to quality. To ensure this, we are regularly certified by independent, external inspection bodies. Our quality management system complies with DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 and DIN EN ISO 14001:2015, and our products also comply with Russian quality and safety standards (GOST) and the regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAC).
In addition, we maintain long-standing relationships with experienced suppliers who share our quality standards. We only use carefully selected and tested materials in accordance with Directive 2011/65/EU and the German Electrical and Electronic Equipment Ordinance.
Tested safety
In addition to the rigorous procedures in our own test center, tests by external laboratories underpin the safety of our products. This ranges from the CE and ESD labels to the protection class of the devices and the use of RoSH-compliant materials.
