HYGRASGARD® KFTF-Modbus-RJ12

Calibratable duct humidity and temperature transmitter HYGRASGARD® KFTF - Modbus - T3 (± 2.0 %) or KFTF - 20 - Modbus - T3 (± 1.8 %), with Modbus connection, in impact-resistant plastic housing with quick-locking screws, optionally with/without display, with plastic sintered filter (replaceable), incl. mounting flange.

The transmitter is used to determine various humidity measurement parameters. The relative humidity (0...100 % RH) and the temperature (- 35...+80 °C) of the ambient air are measured. The following parameters are calculated internally from these measured variables and can be called up via the Modbus: relative humidity [% RH], absolute humidity [g/m³], mixing ratio [g/kg], dew point temperature [°C], enthalpy [kJ/kg] (disregarding atmospheric air pressure) and ambient temperature [°C]. A long-term stable, digital sensor guarantees exact measurement results.



The duct sensor is used in non-aggressive, dust-free environments and is suitable for ceiling and duct mounting as well as for device installation. It is used in refrigeration, air conditioning and clean room technology, in technical rooms, hotels and conference facilities.

Innovative Modbus sensor with galvanically isolated RS485 interface, switchable bus terminating resistor, DIP switches for setting bus parameters and bus address in de-energized state, LEDs for telegram status display, two separate push-in terminals and large three-line display (illuminated, individually programmable in 7-segment and dot-matrix range). The sensor is calibrated at the factory; fine adjustment by a specialist is possible depending on the environment.
