Product description
- 0.1...20 m/s
0...200,000 m³/h - Temperature, flow velocity, volume flow
- 2x AOS - automatic 0 -10 V/ 4...20 mA (linearized), changeover contact (24 V)
- IP 65, sensors IP 20
- Installation length: 220 mm
Electronic duct airflow sensor RHEASGARD® KLGF with active output,
Housing made of impact-resistant plastic with quick-locking screws, with cable gland,
with/without display, for determining the flow velocity (0.1...20 m/s).
The measuring transducer converts the measuring signal into a standard signal of 0 - 10 V.
Electronic duct air flow sensor/monitor RHEASGARD® KLGFT (without display) and KLGFVT (with display)
with active and switching output, housing made of impact-resistant plastic with quick-release screws,
with cable gland, for determining the flow velocity (0.1...20 m/s) and temperature (0...+50 °C).
With device type KLGFVT, the calculated volume flow rate can be called up as an alternative to the flow rate
(configurable via display). The measuring transducer automatically recognizes the required output type and
converts the measured variables into the required standard signal of 0 -10 V or 4...20 mA (Automatic Output Switching).
The flow sensors are suitable for monitoring or controlling air flows in ducts,
on fans, control dampers, for flow-dependent monitoring
of humidifiers and electric heating registers
in accordance with DIN 57100 Part 420 or for use in conjunction with DDC systems.
By entering the cross-sectional area of the duct pipe (and the corresponding unit), a
volume flow can be calculated and shown on the display.
This is done on the display using UP/Down buttons and a confirmation button on
on the circuit board of the device (see operating instructions).
Here "30000" is the largest possible number that can be displayed (e.g. 30000 cm², corresponding to 3 m²)
The maximum cross-sectional area is 3 m² and the maximum volume flow is therefore 216,000 m³/h (at 20 m/s),
displayed as 3,600 m³/min.
